New to AAC? AAC stands for Augmentative and Alternative Communication. It covers every way people communicate besides (or along with) speaking: talkers and tablet apps, letter boards, picture cards, sign, and gestures. It’s not a backup plan. It’s a voice.
The design
Printed on the chest: three red, teal, and yellow letter tiles spelling AAC above the words “is my voice.” Dark ink, chosen to stay crisp and readable on every color we offer.
Fit and fabric
- Relaxed unisex youth fit. Sizes S to XL.
- Soft, lightweight Bella+Canvas 3001Y (4.2 oz): solid colors are 100% combed, ring-spun cotton; Athletic Heather is 90% cotton, 10% polyester; other heathers contain polyester.
- Pre-shrunk and side-seamed so it keeps its shape.
- Heads-up: lighter colors can be slightly sheer.

Width is measured flat across the chest, armpit to armpit. Length is from the highest point of the shoulder to the hem. Lay a shirt you love flat and compare.
Care
- Machine wash cold, inside out.
- Tumble dry low or hang dry.
- Don’t iron directly on the print.
