📦 The SpEd Redhead — Shipping Policy

(for Printful-fulfilled orders)

1️⃣ Fulfillment Time

All items are made to order. Average production time: 2–5 business days after payment.
Peak seasons or holidays may extend fulfillment by a few days.

2️⃣ Shipping Times

  • United States: 3–6 business days after fulfillment

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of world: 10–20 business days

These are estimated delivery windows, not guarantees. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

3️⃣ Carriers & Tracking

Printful uses major carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Canada Post.
Tracking numbers are automatically emailed once your package leaves the fulfillment center.

4️⃣ Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately from different Printful locations.
You’ll receive separate tracking numbers if this happens.

5️⃣ Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier rates.
Occasional promotions may offer free shipping on select products or order totals.

6️⃣ Address Accuracy

Please verify your address carefully.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once it’s returned to Printful, but you’ll be responsible for the new shipping cost.

7️⃣ Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking hasn’t updated for more than 7 days (domestic) or 15 days (international), email thespedredhead@gmail.com with your order number.
We’ll work with Printful and the carrier to locate or replace the order.

8️⃣ International Duties & Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply once the order reaches their country.
We can’t control or refund these costs.

9️⃣ Returned Shipments

Unclaimed or returned packages are automatically sent back to Printful’s facility.
You’ll be notified when it arrives and can request reshipment (shipping fee applies).

🔟 Order Changes & Cancellations

Because Printful starts fulfillment quickly, changes or cancellations can usually only be made within the first 2 hours after placing an order.
After that, we can’t guarantee adjustments.
