1️⃣ Made-to-Order Products
Every item is produced specifically for you once you place an order through our partner Printful.
Because each item is custom made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
Please double-check the size chart and product details before ordering.
2️⃣ Damaged, Misprinted, or Wrong Items (Printful Covers These)
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, you’re covered under Printful’s return policy.
How to report a problem:

Email thespedredhead@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (full item + close-up).

Printful will review the claim and — if approved — will reprint or refund the item at no cost to you.
Keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.
3️⃣ Shipping & Return Addresses

Printful handles returns for defective/misprinted orders through their nearest fulfillment center.

Once your claim is approved, we’ll send you the correct return address and instructions.

Do not send items back without authorization. Unapproved returns may be refused or lost.
4️⃣ Lost Packages or Delivery Issues
If tracking shows Delivered but you didn’t receive your package, email us within 7 days of the delivery scan.
We’ll work with Printful and the carrier to locate it or send a replacement when eligible.
5️⃣ Refunds & Timing
If Printful approves a refund, it is processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Shipping charges are refundable only if the error was ours or Printful’s.
6️⃣ Non-Returnable Items

Clearance/final-sale items

Personalized designs not listed publicly

Used or washed products
7️⃣ EU Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason, unless the item is custom-made or personalized.
